By default, Handsome Notes creates a second, polished note and leaves the technician's original untouched. Overwrite is available only when you explicitly turn it on.

Questions you were going to ask anyway
Does this replace Jobber notes?
No. Handsome Notes works inside Jobber. Your team keeps writing notes the way they always have. We add a cleaned, structured version.
Will it overwrite my technician's note?
Not by default. We create a second cleaned note and leave the original alone. Overwrite is optional and off until you enable it.
What if I don't use every feature?
That's fine. Each feature is a toggle — formatting, photo captions, nameplate capture, auto-run, and more. Use what fits your shop.
What about model and serial numbers?
Upload nameplate photos and Handsome Notes extracts model and serial into the note so you are not digging through blurry thumbnails later.
Can it run automatically?
Yes. Turn on auto-run when a visit is marked complete in Jobber. Until then, preview and process from the app whenever you want.
Is this only for appliance repair?
Appliance repair is where we started, but Handsome Notes supports multiple service industries. Pick yours during setup.
How do I get support?
