By creating an account or using Handsome Notes, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

Handsome Notes connects to your Jobber account to read field notes and photos and to write structured notes back. You remain responsible for the accuracy of work performed and documentation sent to customers.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You must have authority to connect the Jobber account you link.
• We may suspend accounts for abuse, non-payment, or operational reasons.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Manage payment method, invoices, and cancellation in the Billing portal from Account settings. Jobber Marketplace billing is not used.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape other tenants’ data, or overload the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Test Mode and dry-run features exist so you can validate output before live writes.

Data & disconnect

• Disconnecting removes local Jobber tokens; data already written to Jobber stays in Jobber.
• You may export or delete Handsome Notes-held data from Account settings.
